New residential repair requests

Availability varies by location and time

Simple repair connection

From HVAC Problem to Repair Availability

The process is intentionally simple and avoids promises that cannot be verified before a provider reviews the request.

01

1. Start with the symptom

Choose the closest problem—such as AC not cooling, furnace not heating, water around the unit, or HVAC not starting. Follow only the safe checks shown for that symptom.

02

2. Prepare the repair basics

Have the property area, system type, main symptom, when it began, and any safety warning signs ready. Do not stay in an unsafe property to collect details.

03

3. Call to ask about availability

When a verified repair number is active, call with the repair details. Coverage, timing, and request fit still need confirmation; a phone connection is not a diagnosis or promise of immediate dispatch.

04

4. Review diagnosis and options

The service provider is responsible for inspecting the equipment and explaining findings, pricing, repair options, and any replacement comparison before work is authorized.
